I also used an F hook for the cast off edge. Can’t figure out how to add a crochet hook to a knitted project.

I feel like I failed blocking because it’s not as square as I would like. Maybe next time.

I used stitch markers between chart repeats to help me keep better track of where I was in the pattern and to help with stitch counting on the knit rows. The markers really came in handy when I was working the corners. I’m not sure it would have gone as well without them.

I love this pattern and now love Niebling. I enjoyed how simple the pattern was yet how impressive the finished lace is. Now I’m looking forward to knitting my next one.
