goodgirlsaturday mentioned this pattern to me and I’m so glad she did!
Pattern is very well written and presented in a way that makes it very easy to follow and understand. It does call for 4 sets of circulars and that did give me a moment of pause. However, it was worth it. The construction is interesting and simple to execute.
I picked the wrong yarn. However, it was yarn I had in stash. It was splitty and a bit of a challenge to work with. However, it was totally worth it for the sweater it turned into.
Mods: I used an i-cord bind off because the yarn did not want to do anything else. I love how the edges turned out and think it’s a good blend with the 3-needle bind off at the shoulders.
I made the body longer than the pattern called for because I knit until the ball ran out. I’m not a tall girl and the length is okay on me. If I was a tall girl, I would have a think about following the length for the body as listed in the pattern.
This pattern was a winner. I love my sweater and am looking forward to knitting this pattern again at some point… in a different yarn.
