Notes

Note In the pictures I am wearing the liner with a very low sitting hiking boot; the look will be different with a boot a little taller.

I knitted this up as a store sample in one color. I choose the stirrup version (keeps the liner in place better).
I like the layering in the pattern. First time to do a 3-needle join; it was quite interesting having 7 needles involved, but not difficult.
Next I will do a fingerless mitt in a two-tone version for the store.

I think I’d like to do a pair to wear with my hiking boots.
