I thought I would have this done in a couple of weeks for my friend’s birthday, but a month later it is still not done and will be a belated gift.
I had a little problem placing the beads correctly just by following the written instructions and found it much more helpful tho see the photo tutorial on Laura’s website:

Also instead of knitting the bead into the knit stitch I used the slip stitch method.
After picking the project up again it did take me only a couple of days to finish. Especially once I was done with the main part and worked on the I-cord edging it went pretty fast on the bigger size 1 needle.
I was surprised at how much the colors of the yarn bled when I blocked the bracelet.
