Someone in my knitting group was making a Fake Isle hat. See here for yourselves: Ski Hat. It became an instant hit in our group (“I got to make one of these” kind of moment). It is a fun pattern. I used the solid color as main color and the Noro for the pattern.
I cut out the section of Noro which was a strong pink color. I like the pattern; wonder if the colors are OK for a guy (my son’s FIL), I think it will be OK. We will see Christmas Day.
