Notes

I started these socks just to have something to knit when I sit and chat or travel. I am in no hurry to finish them; they are my “throw in the bag and get on the road” project.
At first I was knitting a simple 6x2 rib, but then I saw my coworker and knitter extraordinaire Julibeth knitting a pair of “simple skyp socks” and felt promptly inspired to use that pretty stitch blush
11.24. worked on this on Thanksgiving as my go-to project when having company (I also needed to work on something which is not a gift for anyone who was present). Well, it turns out that I did manage to mess up the pattern when very engaged in conversation. I must have done a pattern row when it should have just been a knit row…BUT Tony said to leave it as it will remind him of an enjoyable family time and besides it will be inside the shoe.
1.23. Started on the ribbing for the cuff in P2, K2tbl and finished.
Will have my husband come into the shop to pick out yarn for his next pair blushfootprints
