Summer 2014 improvement: I made the armholes smaller. Picked up 64 (4 x16) stitches around the armhole and k2, p2 on US #6 DPN’s for five rows, then bound off loosely in pattern (see last picture for before and after comparison).

Because I had some Rowan Tweed yarn left after knitting up the Liesl I was looking for a tank -top pattern in this yarn.
I like the pattern, however my gauge was a little off. Still it came out OK. It’s a very quick knit.
