These are the changes I made to the pattern:

1. Knitted in the round.
2. Knitted the first three rows in seed stitch.
3. Crochet three rows around the armholes and neckline with a crochet hook size G (4.25mm).

I have several projects going on on very small needles and needed one quick to finish fun project and something I can wear in the summer heat :)
I had bought the yarn to make a cotton summer shawl but now it ended up in the tank top; I am not so sure about the colors; I think it could work with some solid color capris and skirts I have. It was an easy project and the finished tank top fits very well.
