April 20, 2016 Finally picked this up again; should be done quite quickly :)
April 29, 2016 Knitted to a length of 21.5” partially knitted in tandem to see how far 3 skeins would take me. I looked at some of my favorite skirts and matched their length and also tried it on several times. Total # of rows for front and back after the waistband is 123 rows + 8 rows of ribbing= 131 rows. I ended up using the stretchy Lace Bind-off as tabrell had done with her skirt just to try out a different bind-off.
Came out nice.
I put markers every 20 rows to make sure my seam came out right.
