As it was only 42 F out there this morning I slipped them on Gerry’s hands just as he was heading to work. They fit perfectly even a bit on the large side for a man 6 ft 4” ,shoe size 13 and large hands. I am mentioning it because several knitters thought them to be a little small. I have to admit that I did knit two extra rows :]

The pattern is well written and the result is a very well-sized man’s glove. I like the stitch used; it gives the glove an elegant look while still keeping masculine.
One small mistake in the pattern: When you slip the stitches for the thumb unto a spare needle or waste yarn it is atotal of 17 not 16 stitches, i. e. the center stitch plus eight increased stitches on either side of the center stitch

The yarn is really nice to work with so soft and superwash which is great for my son not to have to worry about hand washing.
