This project is a super easy and fast way to make a cute, child-safe toy that will not only delight little people. The idea for this football originated from our “Superbowl Gnome” project.

All you need to do is weave two hexagons on the 6” TexaTURTLE™ hexagon pin loom, as follows:

• Weave one hexagon in brown.
• For the second hexagon, weave the bias part as usual.
• Next, weave 4 rows in white on each side of the center section, then complete the center in brown.
• While the hexagon is still on the loom, embroider the “seam” as shown in the photo.
• Sew both hexagons together along five sides, making sure that any tail ends wind up on the inside of the ball.
• Stuff as desired.
• Close the last side.
