This is probably my favorite of the re-claimed yarn projects thus far. The photo of the sweater in a tree shows what I found- an Old Navy sweater from Goodwill. I disassembled it, designed a youth zip-front vest (so I could re-use the fabulous zipper that had come with it) with cables. In fact, I’m so taken with it that I’m disassembling the last of the set of sweaters I bought back in spring of ‘12 to make myself a vest, probably very similar to this one in bright turquoise.
