3 Jan 2009 - added photo of blocked blanket. It softened up nicely after its wash and blocking too. Quite a bit of dye released but the depth of color is still very nice (even though the photo makes it appear it faded).

18 Dec 2008 - This blanket was absolutely transformed after being washed and blocked. The puckering is gone and the width grew at least 4”; length grew by 2” - it’s softer and the pattern detail is wonderful.

14 Dec 2008 - FINISHED and will be washed and blocked and wrapped and put under the tree. I revised the size after I measured the width. This was going to be a larger blanket, but the proportions were better as a 30x36 blanket. Large enough to be an 8-year old boy’s cozy lap blanket. I love this pattern!
