Testing lovely mittens to match wonderful Aglow shawl by Kristina.

Dark blue pair (gift for Mum) (November 8-13):
Bulky mittens: Aade Lõng Solid 8/3 held double to get the gauge. Needles - 5 mm. Weight - 69 g.
Lace mittens: Aade Lõng Artistic 8/1. Needles - 2 mm.
Czech beads - size 9. Blocked gauge (stockinette part): 28 sts x 45 rows. Weight - 21 g.

Bulky mittens knit up fast, and then one can enjoy lace and some beading on lace mittens :). Lovely final result!

Made a second pair for myself.
Pale blue pair (November 14 - November 18):
Bulky mittens: Aade Lõng Solid 8/3 held double to get the gauge. Needles - 5 mm. Weight -59 g - took wrong yarn for the thumbs (one thread 8/3 and one thread 8/2).
Lace mittens: Aade Lõng Artistic 8/1. Needles - 2 mm.
Czech beads - size 9. Weight - 20 g
