Cotton feels odd after doing so many wool projects lately. Starting with the dark and then will switch to the light color for a maybe 1/4 of the final depth.

2/8 - switched to the light purple. Got a few more rows out of the pansy then expected, ended with barely a foot left at the end of a row :)

2/9 - I feel like it is still too short. The cotton hangs a bit stiff so it doesn’t really drape they way I want. I’m ordering one more skein of (3707) Purple Ice which will add a few more inches.

2/17 - The Purple Ice tied it together nicely. I ran 2 rows of sc and picots around the neck in it as well. I hope it blocks open, I’ve never done a shawl in cotton before. I guess I’ll treat it like one of my doilies :)

2/18 - as usually looks so much better blocked! Will get a model picture up after it dries.
