I’ve been having the worst time the past week or so with knitting things that aren’t terrible - either ugly, or ill-fitting, or bad yarn-pattern match.

A super-bulky bottle/can cozy, knitted up in about 30 minutes, is just the trick to feel more successful.

This yarn - I’m not sure what it is. It looks like it could be handspun, but I don’t know enough about spinning to say definitively. I inherited it, so to speak, when my step-grandmother’s house was sold and she entered long-term care.
