1/30/16 This is going so. freakin. slowly. I have about 8” knitted. I can only stand to do three or four rows before I have to work on something else. It’ll get done…someday!

1/25/16 Since I have a little more yarn than the pattern calls for, I cast on 83 sts instead of 75. I’m using US9s instead of 8s, mainly because none of the 8s I have would work all that well for this project. I have addi lace 9s so that’s what I’m using.

Casting on and getting started was a little tricky, mostly because the KSH is slippery and hard to work with. Once I got the pattern established, though, it started going a lot more smoothly.
