6/20/16 Found the perfect buttons! I will try to get a modeled pic.

6/7/16 Finished the visor a couple of days ago. I finished weaving in all the ends today. I might give it a light blocking but otherwise, I just need to pick out buttons and sew them on.

6/4/16 I finished the blade. I altered it to extend farther over the crown. I added some extra increases to allow for the curve of the top of the head. I think it turned out pretty well. It was kind of fiddly to do but it looks cute. Now I’m working on the visor. The construction is a little bizarre but so far it’s looking good.

5/31/16 Finished the hat part--it worked up quickly. Now to tackle the blade and the visor. The client would like the blade to go up and over the crown, so that will take a little reworking.
