• only two rounds of the tucks before thumb opening, and not even that, since I put the opening right after the fourth row of tucks. THEN I knitted the additional 8 rows after recasting the 8 st. to allow for the next tucks. :)

• nope, that didn’t work. ripped back and knitted according to the pattern. much better.
