For this sweater, I originally intended to make the Superbaby logo using intarsia, a method which has not been my friend in the past. I in fact completed the entire front of the sweater using intarsia, but in the end was not happy with the results. I was planning to give this sweater as a gift, and it just wasn’t up to my standards for something I’m giving away. So I then moved on to another one of my past failures, duplicate stitch. This time, though, I conquered it! I don’t think this turned out perfectly, so I have plenty more room to practice, but I was satisfied enough to finish the sweater and present it to its intended recipient. All things considered, I’m not throwing around curses and have no more dark looks to give the WIP bowl, so I’m calling it a success.
