13/10 - Off the back of my Flutter of the Wings failure, I thought I’d start the Ishbel again with the same Willowy yarn. So far it’s lovely. The viscose yarn looks like it’s going to have a lovely drape and it’s so soft.

18/10 - Finally finished the stockinette centre and am up to the fifth row of the vine pattern A, first repeat. The pattern is coming up really nicely on the yarn. Great stitch definition.

19/10 - Completed the first repeat of B.

22/10 - Up to row 7 of my second repeat of A.

24/10 - Finished the second repeat of section B. Theeeennnn I stuffed it up by starting section C instead of returning to section A once more… So I’m going to need to tink half a row. A little bit painful when there’s that many stitches. :(

4/11 - After a little bit of a hiatus, I’ve been working solely on this shawl for the last couple of days. I have just completed the second last row for section D. Just have to do my WS purl row and I can do section E and bind off. I will be pleased to have this finished.

5/11 - Finished and bound off. Just need to weave in the ends and block. Very happy that this is finished. :) Maybe just the small version if I ever do this again! ;)
