Notes

Oh man. I drew my sister Tess’ name in our annual name draw, which means I am making one of these monsters for her as she is a big fan of Doctor Who. I am a bit intimidated by the size, but I think I shall sneakily shorten it to a 10’ish scarf.

12/2: Honestly, I feel like this project is going quite well… I’ve completed about 2 feet of scarf so far, and it’s amazingly soft and squishy. I plan on knitting until I run out of yarn or I hit 15 feet, whichever comes first.

I am using Vanna’s Choice and Wool Ease that I ordered over their Black Friday sale. I do not love how the Wool Ease and Vanna’s Choice goes together… I much prefer the look and feel of the Wool Ease.

I chose to use 10.5 needles in hopes that it would help to build the scarf up quicker. I am very glad I did because the scarf is turning out to be very soft and squishy feeling, and it’s not too lacy looking.

Super easy knitting too, which helps. Just back and forth, back and forth… it’s been very meditative.
