This was such a simple pattern to follow. After I had the dress complete I decided to pick up the cast on stitches and add a 1x1 ribbed collar.The only thing I would do differently next time is the way I cast on. I didn’t use a very stretchy cast on, so the neckline does not stretch as much as I would have liked it to! Keep that in mind if your pup has a huge head! I will use an elastic cast on next time. :) dress still fits it is just a tad snug to pull over her head. This was knit for a tiny dog. 7” neck and 9” chest, I only cast on 20, and worked up to 30 sts for the top of the dress. The bottom I cast on 8 and worked up to 18.
