This pattern is loosely based on tiny perching pigeons by Mochimochi Land (link).

…also, rather controversially perhaps, I refuse to knit in the round, so I am making him on straight needles.

Edit 21/04/2011 - I am having to modify the pattern quite a bit to get a more substantial, less rotund (and more oblong) piegon shape!
