This sample shawl was a dream to knit. The Gotland/Finn yarn from Jorstad Creek is two-ply fingerling, perfect for lace projects. The natural gray has a slight sheen with a little fluff. It is soft but really strong.

I love Evelyn Clark’s Icelandic lace patterns and really wanted to knit this pattern with this particular yarn. A perfect pairing - this shawl gets a lot of compliments when it’s displayed in the Jorstad Creek booth at local knitting conferences.
