I just found out that I took one of the 1st place prizes in the Martha Stewart Crafts contest with this little sweater!

I want to make this with worsted weight yarn, to fit an 18 mo old : so here’s my math. My gauge is 4.5 stitches/inch, so I am making the 3-6 month size, which should give me a chest measurement of around 23 inches (the 24 mo size has 126 stitches = 23” with pattern gauge)

This is my first time using this yarn, and I love it! Wonderful stitch definition, and a nice, pearly sheen.

It does hang low in the front… and when I make it again, I will probably add a crocheted top edging :) However, the math came out beautifully, and this fits Katie (18 mo) very well!
