Getting quite worried that this will turn out too big even after felting. At least then I will be able to use it as a basket…?

Well, it felted up exactly as advertised! In fact, it’s a tad tight. I think it can be made the perfect size with a wee bit more stretching, but I’m a bit worried that it’s too thick to wear until it’s -20 or so.

1. This project proved impossible to wear because it shrank too much.

2. I learned why berets are blocked on plates instead of upside-down bowls. That round shape looks quite silly!

3. This is now being used as a small basket for remnant yarn, although it’s stuffed in a plastic storage bin with the stash atm.
