I’m really baffled how the designer got 6 stitches per inch using a size 3 needle. After a few swatches coming out with too many stitches on 3’s and 4’s no matter how loosely I knitted, I decided to double strand the yarn and knit with a 4 needle. Once I did that, the gauge came out perfectly! Since it’s double stranded, I don’t believe it will have the same amount of stretchiness but will definitely be warm and cozy!

Double stranded the yarn and did not do the i-cord knob at the top.
