I embroidered french knots for the polkadots instead of sewing on felt. I made the first four rows of the dress in a smaller hook for a better fit and eliminated the last row of the ruffles to save yarn and time. I added a row to the top of the wrap to create a more form-fitting neckline and shorten the fringe to show more of the dress.
