Wanted to find a project to just use this one skein. I’ve admired this cowl for a while, and I was pleased to see others had used Mecha for it.

The link to the tutorial for short rows was very helpful. If I don’t do them for a while, I forget how to work the wraps. Good reminder!

Could have finished this project in a day or two, but other projects and life got in the way!

This yarn was not bad for a bulky singles, but I think it’s going to need special handling not to turn into a mess.

Named the project April Showers because that’s what the color combination reminds me of. The colors you see on a rainy April day.

Ran out of yarn before I finished the top shaping. Also, this seems to be a little more snug fitting than other versions on Ravelry. But I don’t think going up a needle size would have been a good thing. It works for me.
