11/24/13: Since I had more yarn left over than knitted up after finishing Braid Hills I decided to knit this sweater as well. I don’t usually wear pullovers much but this winter I’ve already been cold a lot, so maybe I’ll wear this anyway.
I’m only a few rows in and it is slow going because this is the widest part of the sweater. I’m sure it’ll go faster once I can decrease.
11/30/13: I have already finished the body, and one sleeve. I started with one size, and then modified the waist decreases to come down one size for the waist and the rest of the pullover. For once I don’t need to modify all the way, it seems this will be narrow enough at the shoulders. I did add short row bust darts. I hope they’ll work because I made them just a little too wide. We’ll see. My gauge with this is vastly different from the one on Braid Hill, same yarn, same needle, knitted directly after another. But Braid Hills turned out so small that I tried knitting loosely this time.
12/04/13: Finished the knitting last night. Now to weave in the ends and such.
16/01/05: I lost so much weight last year that this doesn’t fit me any more. So I frogged it and am using the yarn to make a Skelf sweater.
