Stunning knitted fabric. Positively dreamy.

I thought the numbered system of instructions made a lot of sense, once I figured it out. I didn’t mind it at all. What did confuse me were the written instructions for the raglan decreases. In the end, I did double decreases (SSSK for left leaning, k3tog for right leaning) on either side of the 4 stitch raglan line.

I knit what I thought what was going to be three-quarter length sleeves, but it stretched a lot after blocking and wearing. As you can see, they are full length. The length of the sweater also lengthened somewhat, maybe an inch or so. Still works.

I don’t think I did the tidiest job on grafting the underarm. Normally I find that job very satisifying, but the fineness of the yarn made it more challenging than I thought. Managed alright in the end, though.

I’m very happy with my Habu!
