I had high hopes for this pattern and was kind of disappointed. The pattern looked like the gloves would be long, thin guaged, and simple. They were simple, but the yarn turned out kind of thick, splitty, and the gauntlets only came up midway. I found it unusual that the yarn split because I had worked with it before and never had that problem. I would probably use this for everyday working gloves, but this is definitely not for special occasions.
