I really like this pattern. I’m partial to patterns that start at a small point and increase as you work outward. It’s a very organize way to make and shape something. This is one of the motifs that make hardly any sense until you block it, as is often the case for fine lace. I love Solomon’s knot and this pattern incorporates them into the motifs. This will be easy to adjust in size, just by adding a repeat or two. The pretty edging echoes the motifs in the body.
