I started this dishcloth sometime in early 2008, and didn’t get very far before I set it aside for a LONG time. When I heard about the knitting world record attempt being planned for the Sock Summit, and how only 2 needles could be used—no circs., no dpns—I remembered this languishing project. I actually got quite a bit done on this during the 15 minutes of the world record attempt (most of the darker lavender and blue sections). The excitement of that event gave me the impetus to keep going and to finish it.
