This pattern makes a cute shawl, but I think overall I prefer triangular shawls to semi-circles. This yarn was nice though, I think this is a good combination for a “warm-but-breezy” weather shawl.

Also, I really wish there were charts, I hate knitting anything lacey from written instructions.

Picot edge looks nice but took ages.

03.30.12 - I had to buy new blocking wires because it seems that I lost my original ones when I moved. Of course, I realized this AFTER the shawl was soaking.

03.29.12 - Finally done casting off! I had just enough yarn, I have less than 12yds left.

03.27.12 - This bind off takes forever hehe.

03.23.12 - I want to be done now, please.

03.19.12 - cast on, knit through sections 1 and 2, and half of 3 before my boyfriend turned off the TV.
