3 white stripes, then three rounds red, then heel flap

Heel flap: 9 ridges

German heel on 5,6,5

Pick up 11 each side of flap

Decrease EOR

3 more rounds red before next white stripe

5 white stripes then toe. Dec EOR to 16 st.

I made Henry an almost identical pair with these changes:

Ribbing on size 3
Knit with slightly looser tension
Knit three red rounds plain after last white stripe before toe decreases.
