Didn’t take long at all to finish! About two hours in all.

Because the bottom part (the part where you do the loops) is crocheted so loosely, it turns out a lot larger than the top part. I suggest crocheting the bottom first, and then crocheting the top to match. I did it the way the pattern instructed, and had to go back and add two rounds to my top (one round of increasing by 8, one round of just scs).

I ended up doing the handle differently- I just single crocheted around and around until it was just long enough to reach across the duster. I didn’t want a tall arching handle, just a little handle to slide your hand under. Turned out perfectly.
