Ok .. so its done and I love it, I used lace from Sharon Millers Heirloom knitting book, page 67 Horseshoe pattern but increasing 2 stitches each repeat to accommodate the increase in diameter. I cast off with Traditional Scalloped edging from page 54…..
machine washed with jeans and pinned out to dry -
