This will be the biggest striped worm in the history of ravelry. And Alex will be elected for “the best uncle of the millenium”, because this project is so lovely. I can’t wait to see the faces of my nieces and my nephews, when they will get this worm.

Started the felting. This guy is a real challenge for our washing machine. We had to cut the worm into two pieces for felting. It is too big for the washing machine.

Felted, stuffed and sewed together. My goodness this guy has now more than 6 kg Polyfill inside. We seriously thought about renameing this worm into “the very hungry caterpillar”. The worm is about 5,5 m long and still has no face.

The superworm got a needle felted face and is now prepared for christmas.
