On heel flap 28 stitches and 28 rows.
Heel turn:
1st row: Slip 1, knit 15, ssk, knit 1 turn.
2nd row: Slip 1, purl 5, p2tog, purl 1.
And so on.
16 stitches left.
I picked up 16 stitches from the sides of the heel flap.

I made gusset increases to the bottom of the sock and between them I made pin stripes. I also knitted one tractor trail stripe before I started to knit tractor chart to get more length for the foot.
