Notes

Done. Finally. I was on a roll with these up until making the outer soles to knit onto the inner soles, then lost motivation and they were left sitting for a while. Oh well… she now has her late mother’s day gift!
Note to self/Modifications: I continued the decrease rows around (just by two additional rounds) right before starting the cuff rounds, to bring it up a touch higher on the foot. I will do that again next time I make these.
Next time I will knit and bind off the cuff rounds a little tighter, since this time I knit and bound off those very loosely and they just didn’t felt up as snug as I was wanting.
I also omitted a straight knit row in the soles, next time I won’t do that. But that worked well for her, as she has really narrow feet.

She loves them!
The yarn feels super soft and cushy on the feet and skin.
