Size 4 for hem, Size 5 for body.

Lovely design, found the pattern lacking in detail on some things (like the hood) but a more advanced knitter would probably be fine?

Sleeve decreases for the XL shouldn’t be so aggressive unless you like a really fitted sleeve. (Which 1) doesn’t make sense to me since this is meant to be worn over clothing and 2) I don’t know many plus-sized gals that like tightly fitted sleeves. :)) I didn’t change the stitch count any as I found that to be find, but did more gradual decreases so it didn’t ‘fit like a glove’ but had some looseness instead. (I wanted to be able to wear this over long sleeved shirts in the winter around the house.)
