5-25-12 - this is my “only at the redlights, I promise” project!

6-6-12 - finished the first hat (it’s cute!) and have two more skeins of portland tweed…so now this will be my may, june and july hat!

6-29-12 - nearly done with hat #2 (note that I added this update AND the photo of the dark gray hat with the dpn’s via the new app Wooly - it doesn’t do everything yet, but so far, it’s looking really great!)

7-8-12 - nearly done with the ribbing on the july hat.

not sure if it’s just me, but the directions for the tab don’t seem quite right. I think the idea is to have a purl row on the top and the bottom edge, but if you follow the pattern as written, you don’t get that. if I make this again, I’d make row 15 a RS row and I’d bind off knitwise and knit to the end before joining in the round.
