4-22-19 - finally(?!?!!) seamed the sleeves. all that’s left is buttons!

4-8-19 - wove in the ends and blocked. still have to seam the sleeves and sew on the buttons, but the knitting is done.

4-2-19 - finished the body and decided to work the button bands and collar before the sleeves … just in case I run short of yarn (having now finished all of that and started the first sleeve, I feel pretty confident I’ll have plenty of yarn). Followed NapaGal’s lead and knit my bands tighter (size 3 needle and 3 stitches for every 4 rows). I’ll have 12 little buttons.

3-20-19 - wow - very cool beginning! LOVE the technique to make the sleeves look set-in … and to have the stripes match.
