This pattern is amazingly easy and quick (i didn’t print out the pattern!) and also promises you a great satisfaction.
I made it a dress this time but I already want to knit the 2nd one as a normal pullover, the original length. Very versatile. Maybe one for my daughter too..

Mods:
For the closest gauge, jp13(6mm)
and Jp10(5.1mm) for the start of the cowl and the end of the moss st of the body.

Add CC (darker blue 2ply yarn) to MC on all the moss st parts.

Body: inc every 5rows 3times and every 7 rows 3 times
15rows of moss st on bigger needle, 5rows on smaller one. BO, using bigger one.

Cowl: 10rows of moss st. BO, using jp#15(6.6mm)

Sleeve:Pick up exstra 2sts from underarm.
30rows before inc.
Increase every 4rows 8times.
knit 14rows
Adding CC, k, p2tog, k2tog…p for cuff 10rows
