15th February 2013:
Little Update: already finished all 38 described wave-pattern-rows, being now in “row 57” (after row 38 continued with pattern starting at row 7, adjusted to current amount of stitches).
Waiting now impatiently for it getting finished.

Kleines Update: ich hab alle 38 beschriebenen Wellen-Muster-Reihen gestrickt. Jetzt bin ich in “Reihe 57”. Nach der Reihe 38 habe ich mit dem Muster in Reihe 7 weitergemacht, natürlich an die aktuelle Maschenanzahl angepasst.
Ich bin total ungeduldig, möchte es endlich fertig haben!

16th February 2013:
Finished knitting. The shawl is now “blocking”: threaded on a washing line, hanging in my bathroom. I still don’t know if this will be enough or if I should block it in the common way. It’s about the look of both Picot-Bind-Off borders. But I don’t have a free bed or sofa for blocking.
Better fotos will follow as soon as the shawl is dry.
Needed exactly 140 Gram (of 147 available).

Fertig mit Stricken! Das Tuch wird jetzt “geblockt”: auf eine Wäscheleine aufgefädelt und quer durchs Badezimmer gehängt. Ich weiß noch nicht ob das reichen wird, speziell bezüglich des Picot-Randes, oder ob ich es nochmal in üblicher Weise blocken sollte. Momantan habe ich aber kein freies Bett oder Sofa für das Blocken.
Bessere Fotos folgen sobald das Tuch trocken ist.
Gebraucht hab ich exakt 140 Gramm (von 147).

Posted the new fotos yesterday, weared the shawlette today for the first time in the office. I love it, but unfortunately it’s still to cold for wearing this light shawlette the way you see on the pictures. Looking forward to springtime and summer, wearing it all day long!

Gestern hab ich die neuen Fotos hochgeladen, heute habe ich das Tuch im Büro das erste Mal getragen. Ich liebe es, aber leider ist es noch zu lalt um dieses leichte dünne Tuch so zu tragen wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Ich freue mich auf Frühling und Sommer, wenn ich das Tuch die ganze Zeit tragen kann!
