At 3 pattern repeats of chart A (the first 3 leaves at the bottom on each side aren’t repeats) I have used 30grams of the yarn. I put in a lifeline, intend to do another pattern repeat before starting Chart B, which the pattern designer says will take approx. 50% of the yarn.

Chart A is very easy to memorize & fast to work. REALLY liking that part so far.

I also plan to use quite a few more beads in Chart B… I only put ONE glass bead at the top of each stem in Chart A. I don’t want to make the shawl too bottom-heavy though.

At 4 repeats of Chart A I have 48 grams of the yarn left (hoping I can make it to the end) and 211 stitches. Pattern says to start chart B one should have 251 st (but less if there are less than 12 stems).

I tried the beginning pattern of Chart B and it works with the # of stitches I have so I’m gonna go with it, not work another repeat of Chart A.

LOVED Chart B, so easy to follow and figure out what comes next as you knit across.

I ended up with 24 final leaves… 502 beads…
Finished the bind-off at 2AM, will block this in the morning (can’t wait!) and post the finished measure. I have 23yds of the yarn left (about 5 grams).

Finished measure 51” wide x 27” deep. Wish I’d had enough yarn to make another repeat (2 rows) of chart A so it would have been more like 60” x 30” but still, it’s gorgeous.

I will definitely be knitting another of this pattern.
