Notes

An interesting woven look pattern done with post stitches. Fun and complex to work on. Only 4 rows repeated, but still an interesting pattern to create. I’ll be interested to see how this works up.

1/20: So my scarf looked more like wavy lines than woven, which still looks good. I was misreading the pattern. Emailed the designer and I totally missed the part where it said one row was behind the stitches just worked and the other was in front of them. That explains it. Take 2.

1/21: I got it! Now it looks like a woven scarf. This is a pretty tough pattern, but does have a woven look.

1/23: Finally done. This scarf took a long time. Very challenging. Need to pay close attention when doing the Back Post stitches. Make sure you’re doing them in the correct order. You need to think about the woven pattern, what would go over, under, and which stitch should come next.
