This is a simple 2 color double brioche scarf.
Journal
2014-03-17: Cast on 36 stitches. Knit setup rows. Knit 5 pattern repeats.
2014-03-22: Complete 20th repeat; length = 6”.
2014-04-01: Completed 37th repeat; length = 12”.
2014-04-17: Completed 50th repeat; length is 16”. I still have about 23 grams left on each skein.
2014-04-18: Completed 80th repeat; length is 26”; some yarn still remains on first 2 skeins.
2014-04-19: Complete first ball of blue on repeat 92; complete first ball of green on repeat 93. Completed 112 repeats; length is 36”.
2014-04-20: Complete 152 repeats; 49” long.
2014-04-21: Complete 185 repeats; length is 60”. Only one foot to go.
2014-04-22: Complete 222 repeats; length is 72”. Started blocking, and forgot how much superwash grows. Right now the scarf is on the blocking board and is about 90” long. Once dry, I’ll take pictures and then run it through the washing machine to see the results of that.

Cast on 36 stitches.
Knit 1 row.
Setup Row 1 (WS DC): P1, (sl2yo, p2) * to last 3 stitches, SL1YO , P1; slide.
Setup Row 2 (RS LC): SL1, (BRK2, SL2YO) * to last 3 sts, BRK2, DLCytb SL1; turn.
Row 1a (DC): K1, (SL2YO, BRK2) * to last 3 sts, SL2yo, K1; slide.
Row 1b (LC): SL1, (BRP2, sl2yo) * to last 3 sts, BRP2, DLCytf, SL1; turn.
Row 2a (DC): P1, (Sl2YOF, BRP2) * to last 3 sts, SL2YO, P1; Slide.
Row 2b (LC): SL1, (BRK2, SL2YO) * to last 3 sts, BRK2, DLCytb, SL1.
Repeat rows 1a-2b until desired length.

- If I use this yarn, account for blocking stretch.
